CHARLES H. SANDERSON
Founder - 1935 – 2008
Possessing an inquisitive mind and entrepreneurial spirit, Charlie Sanderson invented the Superior Water Conditioner, creating the world’s first and only multi-field permanent magnetic alternative to chemical water treatment. He and his wife Gloria started the company in 1964. Sanderson’s breakthroughs, concern for wellness and the environment and family values continue as the foundation of Superior Water Conditioners’ legacy.
Scott A. Sanderson, Sr.
Son of founder
Scott started with Superior in 1981, and has worked in all areas of the operation, including manufacturing, packaging, shipping, research and development, engineering, purchasing, sales and service. His current focus is in sales and setting up new distributors nationally and internationally.
After he, his brother and sister acquired the business in 2013, Scott became President. He feels it is such a blessing to carry on with his father’s legacy—offering a superior product that provides benefits to so many.
Charles (Chuck) W. Sanderson
Son of founder
Chuck started with Superior in 1976, and has worked in all areas of operation, including manufacturing, packaging, shipping, research and development, engineering, marketing, sales and service. His current focus is sales, both nationally and internationally. After he, his brother and sister acquired Superior in 2013, Chuck became Vice President. Along with four decades in the business, Chuck credits his father for all he’s learned and claims water treatment is “in his blood.”
Terri L. Parker

Terri started with Superior in 1992, and has worked in payroll, accounts payable and accounts receivable. After she, along with her brothers, acquired the business in 2013, Terri became Chief Financial Officer. She loves the unique technology the company offers and feels honored to be a part of the business her parents poured themselves into. Terri, like her brothers, attributes the credit for the success of the company to her father and mother and is guided in her daily work by their ideals.
